Our dedication to quality comes from a strict policy to use only the freshest ingredients, the tastiest combinations of toppings. As for the innovation side of things, well that's easy. Think about it. What does a freethinking, food connoisseur get you? It gets you chicken cook with spinach, prosciutto, bruschetta and mozzarella cheese (Chicken Florentine Pizza). It gets you sour cream, Perogies, Mozzarella and cheddar cheese (Perogie Pizza). And for the savvy pizza-eaters, it gets you steak, red onions, sweet and hot peppers and fresh mozzarella on top of sauce and cheese (Italian Cheese Steak Hoagie Pizza).  As for our dinner entrees it gets your chicken sautéed with mushrooms finished in a marsala wine sauce over spaghetti (Chicken Marsala), or veal sautéed topped with fried eggplant, tomatoes and provolone cheese finished in a garlic white wine sauce served over penne (Veal Romano). As for you seafood lovers we have sautéed tilapia with onions, garlic, sliced black olives, diced tomatoes and fresh rosemary finished in a white wine sauce over spaghetti (Tilapia Marechiara) to name a few.
